Each year, CNO receives numerous awards and recognition for our corporate initiatives and community engagement. And this year is no different. Forbes has named CNO Financial Group one of America’s Best Midsize Employers.

In partnership with Statista.com, Forbes anonymously surveyed 60,000 Americans working for midsize and large U.S. organizations in 25 different industries with at least 1,000 employees. Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic, Forbes evaluated companies’ responses to the shift to remote and hybrid work and focus on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

Recognition by Forbes is the most recent of multiple awards and acknowledgement based on CNO’s culture and attention to associate wellbeing. CNO earned a perfect score from the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index and was recognized in January as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
