This marks the second consecutive year the company has been recognized as a Best Employer.

The accolade recognized 500 companies throughout the nation with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. In their assessment, Forbes gathered anonymous feedback from employees who shared how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others. Respondents also evaluated their employers based on factors including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.

In partnership with Statista.com, Forbes surveyed 50,000 Americans working for midsize and large U.S. organizations in 25 different industries with at least 1,000 employees. Willingness to recommend one's own employer was given the most weight in the survey. Secondarily, employees were asked to nominate organizations in other sectors/industries other than their own.
