CNO was recently inducted into the first class of the Healthiest Employers Hall of Fame by Healthiest Employers, a trusted awards program that recognizes people-first organizations taking a more proactive approach to employee health. Companies honored were selected because of their commitment to workplace wellness, exceptional health and benefits offerings, as well as previously named to the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America more than five times.
Additionally, CNO was also named the Healthiest Employer of Indiana for the 1,500+ Employee Category by Springbuk.
“CNO’s wellbeing program has helped me focus on me and get healthier,” said Tammy Craig, executive support supervisor at CNO. “With my family on board, we started eating better and focused on getting healthier,” she added. “By December of 2021, I had hit all my goals and was very proud and thankful that the company I get to work for offers these great programs. Now, in June of 2022, I am holding steady and getting stronger with all the class options that are available. I love to try new classes through our new virtual fitness platform. My doctor is very happy and told me to keep doing what I’m doing.”
