“Being certified for a third year in a row is a great honor,” said Gary C. Bhojwani, chief executive officer. “The award is based entirely on what our associates say about their work experience and our culture. CNO’s associates create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged by their colleagues and leaders. We will continue to focus on creating a workplace culture that supports associate well-being, flexibility in the workplace, diversity, equity and inclusion, and professional development.”
