CARMEL, Ind., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Conseco, Inc. (NYSE: CNO) will host a conference call to discuss its Investment Portfolio Supplement on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

On August 18, 2008, Conseco issued the supplement to provide a more detailed description of the company's investment portfolio as of June 30, 2008.
