Indianapolis, Ind. July 27, 2005 — Conseco, Inc., announced that John V. Noonan has been named vice president, organizational development and training. In this position, Noonan is responsible for talent and performance management, organization effectiveness, training and leadership development. He reports to Sue Menzel, executive vice president of human resources.

Noonan brings to this position more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience in human resources, having served in organizational and leadership development roles in several corporations, including Snap-on, Inc., Sears, Roebuck & Company, and Kraft Foods.

Noonan earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University. He holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Illinois.
