We did it again!
Underscoring our commitment to proactively shaping the overall health of our associates, CNO Financial Group has been named one of 2023’s Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America. This year’s acknowledgment from Healthiest Employers marks the 10th year our company has been recognized for promoting health and well-being among our colleagues.
“We believe it’s important to invest in our associates,” said Yvonne Franzese, chief human resources officer. “Our comprehensive well-being program is designed to help our associates reduce healthcare costs, increase accessibility through virtual options and provide inclusive care programs. Ongoing evaluation of our well-being program is key to ensuring we provide associates and their families with the benefits they value most. The recognition of our associates' health and well-being programs exemplifies our commitment to prioritizing a healthy work culture and lifestyle.”
CNO was once again celebrated for its commitment to supporting the physical and mental well-being of our 3,400 colleagues across the country. Healthiest Employers cited CNO’s outstanding programs, including:
-
Intentionally weaving well-being into our Business Resource Group (BRG) strategy, enabling us to provide impactful social connections, while advancing CNO’s Benefits & Well-being objectives.
-
Launching monthly support groups, providing company-wide opportunities to have honest conversations around societal happenings and distinct BRG community challenges, as well as address mental well-being, the highlight of which was the May 2023 “Mental Health Told by the Voices of CNO” event for all associates.
-
CNO’s ongoing Caregiver resources to support childcare, eldercare and pet care; enhancements to policies and options for flexible work arrangements, and paid time off hours for associates to participate in our BRGs’ diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) education.
Healthiest Employers has been the leading recognition program for employer wellness, attracting more than 10,000 employers from all 50 states – including 72% of the Fortune 100.
