CNO Financial earned the accolade, which recognizes the top 500 companies from Forbes' 2018 Global 2000 rankings. In compiling its list, Forbes gathered anonymous feedback from employees who shared how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others.

Willingness to recommend one's own employer was given the most weight in the survey. Secondarily, employees were asked to recommend organizations they admired other than their own.
