Conseco Insurance Names Worksite Sales Leader
Luke Bohlman joins Conseco’s new worksite division

Carmel, Ind. October 30, 2006 — The Conseco insurance group announced that Luke Bohlman has joined the company as vice president, sales, for its worksite division. In this role, Bohlman is responsible for building and managing a new worksite distribution channel and sales support teams for Conseco Worksite.

Bohlman reports to Steve Stecher, executive vice president, worksite. “We recruited Luke for this important role because of his proven sales success in worksite marketing and his experience with building worksite sales channels,?? said Stecher. “Luke will define and build our worksite sales team, recruiting the industry’s top worksite sales leaders to represent Conseco.??

The Conseco insurance group (CIG) has been active in the worksite market for many years, offering supplemental life and health insurance products to middle America customers at work. Conseco Worksite currently provides products and services to employees in more than 18,000 employer groups.

Bohlman joins Conseco from American Fidelity Assurance, where he was senior vice president and chief operating officer for American Public Life, a member of the American Fidelity Group. During his nearly 20 years with American Fidelity, he served in key sales and marketing positions with responsibilities for worksite sales growth, field management in both MGA and broker channels, product development and marketing support.

Bohlman earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.
